Under the leadership of Editor-in-Chief Jon Lipsey (now OFB Managing Director), we helped turn Men’s Fitness into a media powerhouse. One that didn’t just inform but inspired action. During Jon’s tenure, the magazine hit record circulation, record profitability and evolved from a print-first publication into a true multimedia brand.

We put the biggest names in fitness and entertainment front and centre. Hollywood icons such as Henry Cavill, Zac Efron, Matt Damon graced covers that demanded attention. Elite athletes, from Formula One stars to the captains of England’s football, rugby and cricket teams, all featured in exclusives that that took readers inside the world of high-performance.

What set Men’s Fitness apart? Trust. It became the publication that serious readers turned to, because it delivered the kind of in-depth, science-backed training insights that competitors couldn’t match.

We also built a highly successful book publishing operation, with Amazon bestsellers that covered every aspect of health, fitness and wellness. The impact? A fitness brand that became a household name.
